We are excited to share that D&M has recently moved to our new offices after months of meticulous preparation and hard work. While we remain in Kirkby Malzeard, just outside Ripon, our new offices offer significantly more space and modern amenities, making them an ideal fit for our growing team.
Since the construction of our offices in 2014, our team has more than doubled in size, prompting the need for a larger workspace. Our new offices are located above our machine shop and feature a contemporary, airy design that promotes collaboration and teamwork, thanks to the large open-plan layout. There is also ample room for future growth as we continue to expand.
Our new kitchen is a highlight of the office, complete with a seating area featuring comfortable barstools where team members can take a break from their desks and enjoy their meals in a relaxing space.
We are proud of the effort we put into creating a bespoke office environment that aligns with our standards of excellence. Our in-house CAD team designed nearly all the furniture for the new office, and our skilled craftsmen used state-of-the-art laser cutting, deburring, folding, fabrication, and powder coating techniques to manufacture the furniture to our exact specifications. We even machined new light fixtures for the kitchen and coat hooks.
The result of our efforts is a sleek, modern office that we can be proud of. From the desks, drawers, kitchen sink, and worktops to the meeting room tables and decorative panels, we manufactured everything in-house, ensuring top-quality and a perfect fit for our new space.
