Folding/bending

All of our machines feature both manual and CNC control. Our experienced operators are proficient in various sheet metal folding, forming and bending techniques. Our sheet metal folding services work perfectly in tandem with our other primary services, such as laser cutting and fabrication, to allow us to offer a complete in house service for all of your sheet metal fabrication needs.
Wide Range of Materials
Sheet Metal Cutting & Folding
Our Laser cutter allows us to cut a wide range of metals at differing thicknesses. We can cut up to 30mm in Stainless Steel and Aluminium, 25mm in Mild Steel, and numerous other non-ferrous metals such as Brass, Copper, and Titanium. The latest Bystronic nesting software allows us to cut with an extremely high degree of accuracy. This ensures maximum sheet usage with minimum waste.
D&M has six CNC (Computer Numerically Controlled) press brakes that can fold a considerable range of material thicknesses. This can range from as little as 0.7mm up to 20mm. The machines’ fantastic accuracy and speed allow us to work with metal up to a maximum length of 4 meters.
